Michael and Inessa Garmash are considered two of the finest Romantic Impressionists of our day The Garmash’s impressionistic works show their mastery of the figure and their ability to translate sensuality. The Garmash's incredible talent is only matched by their love and career stories. Both Michael and Inessa Garmash were born in Russia were they were schooled and studied art. . It all started in the little town of Lugansk in Ukraine, 1969. An early starter, Mr. Michael Garmash began painting at the age of three. By age six Michael Garmash started his formal education at the Lugansk Youth Creative Center. Recognizing rare, natural talent, his teachers sent his works to a variety of exhibitions in the then Soviet Union. Ms. Garmash, born Inessa Kitaichik in 1972 Lipetsk, Russia, has excelled in the arts since early childhood. Proving herself in ballet, gymnastics and music, Ms. Inessa Garmash attended classes in all three disciplines and, after graduating from music and ballet school, entered the Lugansk Fine Art School at age fifteen. At seventeen Inessa Garmash was accepted as that year's best undergraduate to the Lugansk State Fine Art School. The Garmashs began their artistic collaboration in much the same way. Several years after their marriage, Mr. Garmash began a painting of their two-year old daughter, Polina, for a project at school. However, Polina found the painting during her father’s absence and decided to embark upon her own artistic career. Ms. Inessa Garmash, after seeing what her daughter had done and not wanting her husband to be upset, fixed the painting using her own training, packed it up and gave it to him for submission. Mr. Michael Garmash submitted the painting for review and was praised for completing his best work ever. Michael Garmash was surprised to see the "new" painting and immediately recognized his wife's, Inessa Garmash, hand. They have painted together every since. Both Garmash’s are incredibly precocious and talented, a fact made evident by their incredible art.

VLADIMIR KUSH WITH GALLERY OWNER TODD RUBIN. Metaphorical Realism Vladimir Kush. My American odyssey. I was born in Russia, in small one-storeyed wooden house on the northern edge of Moscow, near the forest-park Sokolniki where in patriarchial times Russian Tsars were engaged in falconry. My career as an artist began when I was a child of 3 or 4. My father was a scientist, but everyone on his side of the family used to draw all the time. I remember, how in the long winter evenings I used to sit on my father's lap finishing his drawings: boy running on skis, an old man walking by with the cane......(c) http://www.shafferfineart.com/The_Ar...dimir_Kush.htm |

Willem Haenraets! With soft colors, the artist conjures up a romantic world of beautiful illusion on his canvasses. Willem Haenraets was born in Rotterdam on October 9, 1940 and his talent was discovered at an early age. Haenraets was just 16 when he started his trainng at the academy in Maastricht, which he followed with further education at the Antwerp art academy. Granted a scholarship for talented students, he received his artistic polish as a master craftsman student of the renowned professors Sarina and Vaarten. Haenraets’ creations are evidence that the great tradition of the Belgian-Dutch school has received a flourishing sequel. The old masters certainly would have given him a nod of approval.(с) Уверена, его творчество никого не оставит равнодушным. |

Jim Warren! Biography: Born: Nov 24 1949 in Long Beach, CA to Don and Betty Warren. Jim's brother Rick was 2 and his sister Kathy was 5. Beginnings: Started painting at age 1, like all children. Went through the usual string of career choices such as: artist, magician, artist, rock star, artist etc. I officially decided in high school in 1967 that an artist, a "Rich and Famous" one at that, was what I was going to be! Tools: Traditional oil paint on stretched canvas which I coat with a gesso primer. Only paintbrushes are used to paint with and NO airbrush, as people have sometimes thought. Art Training: "I'm basically self taught. I learned some basics in my high school art class. At college I attended several life-drawing classes, and always studied the great masters at museums." Philosophy of Art: "To hell with the rules...paint what you like."© А в общем-то этот американский художник/сюрреалист ( фантазийный такой, sci-fi art images ) - художник-самоучка( как он сам о себе пишет) И впрямь - его работы завораживают: и сюжетами, и красками! |
